India Won the First T20 match Against England

The first T20 match of the three-match series between India and England opens in Southampton. India won the toss and elected to bat first. The batsmen of the Indian team showed excellent batting and scored 198 runs in 20 overs. For India, Hardik Pandya scored 51, Suriya Kumar Yadav 39, Deepak Hooda 33 and Rohit Sharma 24 runs. Ishan Kishan and Dinesh Karthik failed to score big. Virat Kohli was not included in the playing XI. Management says he has been rested for the match. Bolwing Performance failed miserably for England. From England, Moin Ali took 2, Chris Jordan 2, Parkinsons 1, Mills1 and Topley took1 wicket.


When England started batting, captain Jose Buttler was bowled on the first ball of Bhaneshwar Kumar. After that England could not handle the batting and no batsman scored a big score due to which the English team lost the match. Moin Ali (36), Harry Brooks (28) and Jordan (26) stood out for England. India bowled brilliantly and held England to 148 runs in 19.3 overs. For India, Hardik Pandya took 4 wickets, Singh 2 wickets, Chahal 2 wickets, Kumar 1 wicket and Herschel Patel 1 wicket. India won the match easily. Hardik Pandya was named Man of the Match for his outstanding all-rounder performance. India has taken a 1-0 lead in the three match series. The next match of the series will be played on July 9. The English captain says he will try to comeback in the next match and beat India to level the series by 1-1. While the Indian captain says that he will try to win the series by winning the next match.
