Burn the world’s largest jungle to ashes ,The fire on Mount Solomon has been out of control for two weeks, killing three people and injuring several others
The Prime Minister should take special measures to put out the fire.
Appeal of local people
The fire that has been raging on Mount Sulaiman in Sherani district for two weeks has gone out of control. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan governments failed to contain the blaze. Locals have appealed to the Prime Minister of Pakistan to provide immediate assistance to control the fire on an emergency basis.
The fire, which has been raging for two weeks, is turning the world’s largest chalghuz forest into ashes and burning many valuable trees, including olive, cedar, plum and cypress trees. Many rare wildlife species are endangered, including markhor leopards, wolves, wild rabbits and more.
A forest fire in Mount Solomon has reached the general population, killing three people and injuring several others, who are being rushed to Zhob Civil Hospital.
It is clear that the locals have been appealing for help for two weeks but no one is listening to their cries and their multi-million dollar chilgoza and olive forests have been reduced to ashes.
