Leading Punjabi singer Abrar-ul-Haq has announced to take legal action against Karan Johar and T-series for copying his song ‘Nach Punjaban’ in Indian film ‘Jug Jug Geo’ without permission.Abrar-ul-Haq has released a video message on the micro-blogging website Twitter.He said in his video message that “many fans are asking the question why he is not going to court against Karan Johar and T-series for stealing his own song (Nach Punjaban”.”Yes, I’m going to court.It’s not enough to just say we’ve given you credit for the song. Your song was very well written and Our movie will be a big hit.”I have not given the copyrights of my song to anyone.This song is mine so I am going to court to take legal action. There will be a meeting,” he added.It should be noted that singer Abrar-ul-Haq has expressed his anger over Bollywood producer Kiran Johar for copying another of his songs in an Indian film a few days ago.In his Twitter message, Abrar-ul-Haq denied selling the popular song Nach Punjaban, saying that he had not sold his song rights to any Indian film.After which Karan Johar admitted the theft of Abrar-ul-Haq’s popular song ‘Nach Punjaban’ and added the name of Pakistani singer in the credits.However,Abrar-ul-Haq says that he has not given the copyrights of his songs to anyone, so he will definitely take legal action against Vahkaran Johar and T-Series for stealing songs.
